Booking & Ticketing Information

Individual tickets

can be ordered online via www.wienmodern.at. Orders will be processed immediately and according to seat availability. Please note that we must first ascertain whether the tickets applied for are actually available. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a corresponding invoice. If we have been unable to allocate your preferred seats, we will make every effort to offer you alternative seats.

Festival Pass
can be ordered online via www.wienmodern.at. Orders will be processed immediately.
Festival Pass holders have free entrance to all Wien Modern events marked »GP« in the folder or »Festival pass accepted« on the website and in the programme. For selected events, Festival Pass holders must collect a numbered ticket from the box office. We ask all Festival Pass holders to take their seats punctually as remainder tickets for any empty seats are sold 10 minutes before the start of each concert. In addition to the regular numbered tickets, most events marked with »GP« have an additional contingent of »option tickets« which can be obtained by Festival Pass holders. These give priority entrance to Festival Pass holders if there are empty seats available shortly before the concert begins.
Holders of a Festival pass will receive a free copy of the Catalogue Wien Modern.

Discounts and reductions

Please find any information about possible discounts under the detailed view for each event (»Ticket information«).
Valid ID (one for each discounted ticket) must be produced upon request, either when collecting or paying for the tickets or during the relevant event.
Holders of the »Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur« pass have free entrance to all Wien Modern concerts and events (limited ticket contingent).

Wheelchair seats

are available at selected venues. Please contact us at least one week advance for any information about the availability of barrier-free seating or so that corresponding arrangements can be made.

Credit cards
Visa, Euro/Master Card, Diners Club, American Express, JCB
The purchase price is not refunded if the tickets are not collected.

Any changes
to cast, programme or venue do not entitle you to return or exchange your tickets.

Ticket bookings via the internet
are binding. As soon as your oder has been received, confirmation will be sent via email. Depending on your chosen mode of payment, the purchase price will be debited to your credit card or bank account. Tickets will be sent to you free of administration costs. If the date of your order does not allow sufficient time for your tickets to be posted to you, you can collect them at the Konzerthaus's Ticket- & Service-Center or, 45 minutes prior to the performance, at the corresponding venue.
