For the sale and ordering of tickets and the dispatch of publications and information regarding the Festival Wien Modern, it is necessary to use, store and process personal data. The data are not passed on to third parties. The only exception made is the limited transmission of data between the Musikverein Wien Modern and its authorized service providers where the data are required to process ticket sales and to dispatch festival publications, as well as any other special publications that the Wien Modern Festival might commission from its media partners. Specifically, the data can be transmitted between the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft and Wien Modern’s authorized publishers, printers and shipping service providers. The data will not be used in any other way or passed on to third parties by the Musikverein Wien Modern and its authorized service providers. By purchasing a ticket you consent to a) the transmission of your personal data between the Musikverein Wien Modern and the aforementioned service providers, b) the receipt of information and publications of the Musikvereins Wien Modern, as well as the special publications commissioned by Wien Modern from the festival’s media partners via E-Mail and/or in the post.
